KOGANEI ART SPOT Chateau 2F was established as a place to express and realize the philosophy of NPO Artful Action. There is a white-walled gallery space on the second floor of the building, which is marked by large windows, and is widely used as a place for citizens to express themselves, as well as holding various events, live concerts, exhibitions and workshops.
